A fruitful freeze

What a great scene to arrive to at ‘La Grange de Chatelus’! A snow dusted lawn and a clear evening sky. Our trip this Feb was a working visit to get all those jobs done before rentals begin in May. Plenty of things to be done and plenty of determination to succeed at ticking them all off the seemingly endless list of jobs to do. 

None of which would have been possible without the expertise, skill and boundless drive of my fantastic uncle John. We were quite simply amazed by the amount of things he managed to achieve each day. An enormous thank you for all his hard work and generous dedication! 

As a result, we are safely on track for a successful first year of rentals and more excited than ever to share this magical part of forgotten France with as many of you as possible.
